    We want choosing your BWB SPORTS products to be easy and stress free. If you have selected the wrong size or change of mind, we offer returns within 30 days of your order fulfillment date.

    Approved returns are refunded as store credit and Original payment as money.

    To be eligible for return, all items must be brand new and resell able, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free from marks, stains, and odors. 

    Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached that have not been removed, tampered with, or re attached.

    BEFORE YOU RETURN

    All returns must be approved prior to being sent back, to start a return you need to contact us at shop@bwbsports.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Shop 7/75 Montague Street, North Wollongong NSW 2500.We do not accept liability for items returned without prior approval.

    We recommend checking your items thoroughly upon delivery. 

    Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    Returns received that don’t meet our returns policy will be rejected.

    Worn, damaged, or altered apparel cannot be returned. This includes any marks, stains, or odors from sweat, deodorant, perfume, aftershave, moisturizer, makeup, fake tan, or similar products. Items with removed, tampered with, or re attached tags are not eligible for return.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

    Please return items neatly and respectfully packaged.

    WARRANTY AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    BWB Sports products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.

    This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care, accidents, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions.

    If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at shop@bwbsports.com.au  with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear short videos of the product. 

    INCORRECT ITEMS

    Please assess your BWB apparel within 24 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues within this time-frame. This includes faulty, incorrect, or missing items. Requests made outside this time-frame cannot be processed.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@bwbsports.com.au.
