How Do We Ship / Cost?

For shipping, we utilize the services of Australia Post Service, an efficient international courier service. Within Australia regular post is free when you spend $65 minimum, Order amount less than $65 customer will pay $10 postage. Express post is $14.99 and rest of the word is order $150 and over is free under $150 for international order flat rate $19.99

When are the Orders Dispatched?

Our packages are dispatched within 1 business days from Monday to Friday from local Australia based warehouse. Our warehouse address is shop 7/75 Montague st, North Wollongong NSW 2500.

 How long will my Order Take?

Please bear in mind that usual delivery times can vary, depending on the destination. Using an effective means, your delivery can take Within Australia regular post takes 3 to 7 business days, Express post 1 to 3 business days, for WA and NT we recommend choose express post option in case you want a delivery faster. For International orders it takes 7 to 15 working days.

 How To Track The Parcel?

After receiving your order within 1 business days we will send you tracking and dispatch notification in your email.

 Things to Take Care of

• Please take care that  it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (without shipping charges) on all packages. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. Once the shipment reaches your local area, the duties and taxes will apply. Please acknowledge that it is a punishable criminal offense to give false information on this form. We don’t inaccurately describe the information, claim a lower price than actual or mark something wrongfully as a gift. For more details of custom charges, please contact your own custom authorities for the latest rates.
• You, our valued customer, must handle the additional charges for the customs clearance. We are restricted in this domain since we have no control over charges and we cannot predict what they may be. Following this, we are unable to reimburse any costs regardless of the circumstances.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Inform us of your return or exchange by emailing us at shop@bwbsports.com.au. Although this is not the official requirement, it can speed up your process.

For facilitating returns, we offer

• In case of an exchange or refund customers have to bear posting cost package back to us and we will post back after exchange at our own expense. Customer will not be charged twice.
